The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and possess the skills necessary to assist in the development and implementation of engaging lesson plans. This role involves working closely with teachers to facilitate classroom activities, support students’ learning needs, and promote their overall development. Responsibilities Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and classroom activities. Support students in their learning by providing individualized attention and encouragement. Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive environment conducive to learning. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding individual student needs. Facilitate small group activities and assist with lesson delivery. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classroom activities. Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies for working with children with disabilities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space. Qualifications Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting is preferred. Familiarity with classroom management techniques. Ability to work effectively with students who have disabilities or special needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff. Certification in First Aid is a plus. Experience in babysitting or childcare roles is advantageous.
