Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide care and support to children in a safe and nurturing environment
• Implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
• Foster positive relationships with children and their families
• Maintain a clean and organized room or play area
• Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive learning environment

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational or childcare setting
• Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques
• First aid certification is a plus
• Comfort in living and sharing Christian values is desirable
