Description:
The Program Assistant is responsible for data management and office administration functions of the Office of the Product Manager/Deputy Product Manager for Precision Guided Munitions and Rockets, STORM PMO.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the receipt, storage, manipulation and distribution of databases and data deliverables from contracts and from internal elements of the Project Office. Maintain the office schedule, developing domestic and international travel plans/requests and processing travel vouchers (experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) is required). Coordination between directorates and organizational offices, planning and coordination of key leadership meetings and telecoms, development, compilation, and consolidation of the project office significant activities reports, and maintaining records. Coordinate and expedite reports and program information from product office inputs and presents findings of analysis on operational issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelors’ degree and nine years of relevant experience or a High School diploma and thirteen years of relevant experience. Possess a Secret or higher DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one in a reasonable timeframe. Possess at least a level 3 out of 5 competency in Microsoft applications ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint). One year of experience in data management/data manipulation. One year of experience developing travel requests and coordinating travel for the organization. One year of experience developing and maintaining the office/organizational schedule. One year of experience coordinating between elements of an organization and planning and coordinating key meetings and telecoms.
