Work Environment Opportunities for ongoing professional development Hands-on training and support provided Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum age: 18 Successful completion of a background check Eligibility to sit for the certification board exam A strong passion for the mental health field and a desire to grow within it Willingness to complete a provided online training course Previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or in a related field is a plus Job Responsibilities Support behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts by preparing teaching materials and setting up learning environments Accurately collect and document data in alignment with client goals Assist in conducting behavioral assessments Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral services directly to clients Communicate client progress to caregivers and stakeholders (with supervisor approval) Provide constructive feedback and actively collaborate with the clinical team to improve treatment outcomes Adhere to treatment plans and follow established protocols and procedures
