Overview Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrates written, interpersonal, or communication skills as appropriate to position Working knowledge of healthcare operations and processes within a hospital setting, with a foundational understanding of educational principles Exceptional presentation and communications skills 1 of the most recent 3 years’ experience working in an administrative assistant/secretarial role
Desired Qualifications:
Working knowledge of secretarial procedures in a healthcare setting Associate degree in business, social sciences, or healthcare administration Working knowledge of CME/Continuing Education (CE) accreditation requirements Responsibilities Provides support and assists with the development, documentation, implementation, and financial aspects of certified Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities for healthcare providers throughout Infirmary Health (IH). Assists with educational programs and provides customer service to meet organizational and/or regulatory demands and to support achievement of IH’s standards of quality, efficiency, and desired outcomes. Aides in ensuring the continued accreditation of IH’s CME Program.
