As an assistant teacher you will be responsible for serving in mixed age Montessori classroom and creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students in grades 1-3. Your role will involve implementing curriculum, assessing student progress, and fostering a love of learning. We are looking for someone with strong math skill. “`Responsibilities“`

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Use effective teaching strategies to engage students in the learning process
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress
• Utilize technology and other resources to enhance instruction
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades and behavior “`Experience“` To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
• Experience working with children in an educational setting
• Knowledge of childhood development principles
• Familiarity with the Montessori teaching method
• Strong literacy education skills, including phonics instruction
• Ability to deliver and implement engaging lessons
• Effective classroom management techniques
