As an assistant teacher you will be responsible for serving in mixed age Montessori classroom and creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students in grades 1-3.   • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Use effective teaching strategies to engage students in the learning process
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress
  • Utilize technology and other resources to enhance instruction
