Pre-K Assistant Teacher Little Martians Learning Center, Bentonville 2306 SW D St, Bentonville, AR 72712 Prepare lesson plans (Weekly/ Monthly) that encourage the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of each child. Implement school curriculum and employ a variety of educational techniques. Asses developmental needs of children Facilitate and nurture the development of each child’s self-esteem and trust. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interest and learning styles of children. Provide classroom experiences that are developmentally and culturally appropriate. Actively participate in all staff meetings and trainings. Maintain an updated list of children’s allergies in the classroom. Maintain safety and security of all children above all duties. Clean and sanitize equipment and toys daily.
