Next School Year Paraprofessional Opportunity- Springdale, AR 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Springdale, AR 72764 Minimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required. Duties:
Instructional Support:
working with students in small groups or individually, providing additional explanation or guidance as needed.
Student Assistance:
Providing support to students with special needs, whether it’s physical, emotional, or learning-based. Collaboration with
Teachers:
Collaborating with teachers to develop and modify lesson plans to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
Behavioral Support:
Supporting students in managing their behavior, implementing behavior plans, and reinforcing positive behaviors.
