Multiple Paraprofessionals Needed New Haven School District | New Haven, PA The New Haven School District is now hiring multiple full-time Paraprofessionals to support students across various classrooms for the current school year. These are contracted positions with opportunities to work 1:1 or in group classroom settings, assisting students with academic, behavioral, and personal care needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide instructional and behavioral support under the direction of certified teachers and specialists Assist students with class participation, communication, and social-emotional development Support students with physical or mobility needs, including toileting, feeding, and transitions if required Help implement IEP accommodations and behavior intervention plans Maintain a safe, respectful classroom environment and promote student independence
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (some districts may require an associates degree or ParaPro certification) Previous experience in a school or child care setting is preferred Comfortable supporting students with varying levels of need
