Duties:

Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care. Introduce early concepts of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children. Help to maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized. Evaluate children’s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track. Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action. Keep records of children’s progress, routines, and interest. Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards. Carry out planned curriculum lessons/activities and effectively manage the classroom.
