The ideal candidate will support lead teachers in delivering high-quality education to students, particularly those with diverse learning needs. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities tailored to individual student needs. Facilitate literacy education by engaging students in reading and writing activities. Participate in classroom management to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and contribute to lesson planning. Foster communication between students, parents, and staff to promote student success. Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills related to childhood development and education.
