As a teacher on our team, you will: Implement KinderCare’s curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child. Foster a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children. Collaborate with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals for the center’s success. Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively. CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to obtain them. Meet state-specific qualifications. Possess an active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or be willing to obtain one. Physically capable of using a computer with basic proficiency, lifting a minimum of 40 pounds, and working indoors or outdoors. Able to assume postures at low levels to facilitate physical and visual contact with children, as well as engage in physical activities with them. Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English to communicate effectively with children and their parents.
