We’re looking for a Director Assistant to join our team! This is NOT a sit-at-the-desk type of job! We need someone who is ready to jump in, move around, and make a difference every day. Center Director and teaching staff to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Support:
Relieve teachers for breaks and lunches, assist with classroom management, and help maintain a positive learning environment. Step into classrooms when teachers are out to ensure proper coverage and ratios
Child Supervision:
Supervise children during various activities, including playtime, meals, and rest periods, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Substitute Coverage:
Step into classrooms when teachers are absent to maintain required staff-to-child ratios and ensure continuity of care.
Daily Operations:
Assist the Director with administrative tasks, parent communication, and implementation of center policies and procedures.
Health & Safety:
Ensure that all health, safety, and licensing requirements are met, including emergency preparedness and cleanliness standards.
Team Collaboration:
Work as part of a team to support teachers, children, and families, fostering a positive and inclusive center culture.
Requirements :
