Duties Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities. Support students with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum, by providing tailored assistance. Help maintain classroom organization and manage student behavior effectively. Communicate regularly with teachers regarding student progress and any concerns. Provide care for toddlers when necessary, ensuring their safety and well-being. Engage students in learning activities to promote their academic and social development. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including preparing materials for lessons. Experience Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting is preferred. Familiarity with special education practices and strategies is highly desirable. Experience in private school environments is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents. Background in childcare or toddler care is beneficial.
