Description
The Program Assistant works as part of the marketing and development team. The Program Assistant will assist with day-to-day program operations, entering and tracking data,munication with internal and external partners, digital marketing, social media, and event management. The Program Assistant must be ananized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects and meet deadlines. This employee is responsible for assisting the Chief Business Officer in all aspects of marketing, fundraising and multimedia design.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of previous employment in an office environment required. Demonstrated proficiency in related duties and responsibilities.
Marketing experience preferred.
Driving Requirements:
Must be over the age of 21 required.
Minimum of 5-years of driving experience required
Possess a Valid Florida Driver’s license
