Job Description:
Highpoint Academy is seeking a dedicated Preschool Aide to join our vibrant early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will assist our lead teachers in providing a nurturing and educational environment for our preschool students.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities. Support classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment. Help with meal and snack times, as well as outdoor play activities. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members. Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent. Completion of 45 DCF (Department of Children and Families) training hours. Previous experience working with young children preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
