Their tax team provides planning and tax compliance services for domestically and internationally based clients in diverse industries.
MUST HAVE
experience in a CPA Firm The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, initiative, and the ability to prioritize daily tasks. Preferably, the candidate will have experience in a tax accounting office to provide administrative support to the tax partners and accountants. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. Experience in inputting tax info is ideal.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Tax Partners, including calendar management and scheduling of client meetings in person, via telephone, or virtually. Process and/or create various client deliverables, including tax returns, organizers, extensions, engagement letters, and correspondences. Communicate with clients regarding documentation requests and answer general questions Assists with general office duties, including ordering supplies, distributing mail, answering phones, scanning, and faxing. Responsible for maintaining a client database and onboarding new clients.
REQUIREMENTS
