Potential for some additional seasonal hours throughout the year Pleasant and supportive working environment, working in religious education. Working with children from preschool to middle school. Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Directing children to their respective classrooms. Active supervision of children. Coordinating Parent Check-out of children. Monitoring and assisting children with activities and projects. Ensuring safety of all children. Assisting teacher in encouraging children to stay on task during the class time and redirecting children to activities if needed. Assisting teachers in distributing class materials and reorganizing materials after class.
Job Requirements and Preferences:
Applicants must be able to work on Easter morning, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Licensed teachers who are currently employed M-F or college/grad students studying education or related course of study Applicants must speak English language. Applicants must be legally able to work in the United States and will be subject to criminal background check (Paid for by potential employer, NOT applicant) Applicant must have reliable transportation. We provide free parking. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
