The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality education and care for preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting a love for learning. Responsibilities Support lead teacher with diaper changing, cleaning classroom and keeping children engaged. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to explore and learn. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to guide children’s actions. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational program and share best practices. Requirements Proven experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Skills in behavior management techniques to effectively guide children’s behavior. Experience or training in special education is highly desirable. Background in caregiving, childcare, infant care, nannying, or babysitting is beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and staff effectively. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
