The ideal candidate will support lead teachers in delivering high-quality early childhood education to children in a nurturing and stimulating environment. This role is essential in helping to create engaging lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and provide individualized attention to students, ensuring their social, emotional, and educational development. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans that promote early childhood education and development. Support classroom management by maintaining a positive and organized learning environment. Engage with children during activities, fostering their curiosity and encouraging exploration. Provide care for preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Help prepare materials and resources for lessons and activities. Observe and document children’s progress, providing feedback to lead teachers on individual needs. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all students. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Experience Previous experience working with children in a preschool setting is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices, including lesson planning and classroom management. Familiarity with special education practices is a plus. Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues. A passion for educating young children and contributing positively to their growth is essential.
