You will work closely with students in various educational settings, including tutoring, sports coaching, and special education support. Responsibilities Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment. Assist in the planning and execution of educational activities that promote early childhood education and development. Provide tutoring support to students in need of academic assistance. Educate students on various subjects while incorporating fun and engaging teaching methods. Offer Christian counseling when appropriate, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for all students. Supervise daycare and childcare activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children. Facilitate camp programs that encourage teamwork, leadership, and personal growth among participants. Support special education initiatives by adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs. Coach sports activities, promoting physical fitness and teamwork among students.
