Position Summary:
Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Teacher Aide•Boca Raton, FL.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Assists elementary teachers with classroom organization and helps plan daily educational activities for students. Instructs students under the direction and guidance of the classroom teacher. Responsible for assisting classroom teachers with grading assignments and class participation. Supports teachers with behavior management and classroom management. Works one-on-one and in small groups with ESE, ELL, and other assigned students to support content mastery and reinforce lessons with students. Assists students in completing assignments. Assists with arrival and dismissal and supervises students during lunch, recess, and other school activities. Assists with the design and display of bulletin boards, classroom décor and student work. Minimum Qualifications:
