We are excited to announce that P3 Staffing Solutions, LLC is partnering with Hope Ranch Learning Academy for an Education Hiring Event on May 17th from 10am – 2pm! Hope Ranch Learning Academy is a Christian Private School for students K-12 and beyond. We are looking to hire for various positions in the special education sector such as; Teachers, Teacher Assistants, Paraprofessionals, Substitutes, and Job Coaches. Open Roles:

Lead Teacher (Classes no larger than 16 students & 1-2 Teacher Assistants per class)

Teacher Assistant Paraprofessional Job Coach Substitute Teacher Perks/Benefits:

Teaching Staff Responsibilities:

Developing engaging and hands-on lesson plans for all subjects (math, science, English, social studies, life skills, PE, etc.) Effectively grade and track student progress in all subjects Conduct semi-annual testing and assessments to evaluate student progress Provide accommodations and support for students with diverse learning needs Demonstrate effective classroom and behavior management to ensure a positive learning environment for all students Uphold the values and beliefs of the school and various policies Attend and participate in morning Teacher devotions, weekly chapel services and bible character trait teachings within the classroom Actively participate in professional development opportunities

Skills:

Teaching Experience Classroom Management Positive Behavior Modification Techniques Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities Ability to facilitate educational development through interactive activities

Requirements:

Associate’s Degree (Teacher Assistants, Paraprofessionals & Substitutes) Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Lead Teachers & Job Coaches) 3+ years of teaching experience 3+ years of experience working with individuals with disabilities Comfortable working in a Christian Private School work environment Valid Florida Teaching Certification (Preferred) Complete a Level 2 Fingerprint Background Clearance with clear results Complete a Drug Screening Complete an Alcohol Screening We can’t wait to see you at our Education Hiring Event!
