We’re hiring entry-level Registered Behavior Technicians to join our clinic-based team. What You’ll Do:

Work 1-on-1 with children with autism in a supportive clinic setting Help build communication, social, and life skills through play and routine Use fun, research-backed methods (we’ll train you!) Track each child’s progress using simple data collection tools Get ongoing support and supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collaborate with a passionate team of therapists and clinicians Adapt sessions to meet each child’s unique needs

What You Need:

High School Diploma or equivalent Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children Reliable transportation Ability to kneel, crouch, stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 lbs Willingness to complete a background check Not Required, but Great to

Have:
