Position Overview:

As an Infant Teacher Assistant, you will support the lead infant teacher in creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months. You will assist with daily care routines, learning activities, and ensure the health, safety, and emotional well-being of each baby in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in feeding, diapering, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment Engage in tummy time, sensory play, and age-appropriate developmental activities Maintain daily reports on feeding, naps, and diaper changes through our digital platform (Playground) Communicate with parents respectfully and professionally, updating them on their child’s day Ensure toys and surfaces are sanitized regularly to maintain a safe, hygienic classroom Work collaboratively with the lead teacher to follow lesson plans and classroom routines Provide comfort, love, and positive interaction throughout the day

Qualifications:

Must be 18+ years old Previous experience with infants or in a licensed child care setting preferred Must pass DCF background screening and meet health & safety training requirements Patience, gentleness, and a genuine love for working with babies is a must! Ability to follow instructions and work as a team in a fast-paced, loving environment Why Join Us?
