CDS is an independent, interfaith Jewish Day School accepting students of all faiths from Preschool through 8th grade. Based on an exciting increase in enrollment, we are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teaching Assistant to join us at our state of the art campus. Candidate must undergo Level II background screening and fingerprinting through the DCF system. Prior experience is preferred in a preschool setting. Assisting in teaching tasks as outlined by the lead teacher. Over 5 weeks of scheduled paid vacation. Extra Paid time off for personal days. 45 Hours of DCF Training completed or willing to complete in 6 months. Current CPR/First Aid Certificate or willing to complete . Hours 8:30 to 5:30 CDS is an accredited, project-based learning school that requires positive, creative, collaborative teachers who communicate effectively, foster solid relationships, and provide a strong classroom culture.
