Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children in our care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives.

Duties:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
• Assist with personal care tasks such as feeding, diapering, and potty training
• Monitor and address any behavioral issues or conflicts that may arise
• Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and meet the individual needs of each child
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare area

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, nannying, or caregiving setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
• Ability to manage behavior effectively and promote positive discipline techniques
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
• Special education experience is a plus
