Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a key role in educating and nurturing young minds in a stimulating and safe environment.

Duties:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of children.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages children to explore and discover.
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to foster a supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and enhance the preschool curriculum.
• Provide individualized attention to students, addressing their unique learning needs.
• Monitor and assess student progress to ensure educational goals are met.

Skills:

• Proficiency in literacy education and early childhood development principles.
• Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored to preschool-aged children.
• Strong behavior management skills to create a structured yet nurturing classroom environment.
• Previous experience working with preschool or toddler-aged students is preferred.
• Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support children’s growth and development.
• Ability to effectively communicate with parents, colleagues, and students.
• Certification in early childhood education or related field is a plus.
