This position is responsible for managing inquiries andcoordinating administrative management of the office. As the focalpoint of the center, the Program Assistant will play a pivotal rolein managing daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficientworkflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrativeand customer service skills with the ability to multitask andprioritize responsibilities effectively. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies Possess the organizational and computer skills to use keyuniversity systems (OneUSG Connect, UGAMart, UGA FinancialManagement System and P-Card) and the standard office software(Word, Excel, etc.). Provides clerical and administrative support for local office’scontinuing education programs including but not limited to:collecting registration fees, processing refunds as appropriate,ordering materials, and printing class materials.
