Assistant Teacher/Floater Karter Preparatory Academy Mableton, GA 30126 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our team at a reputable private childcare center. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about literacy education, special education, and working with diverse student populations, including those with autism. Duties Assist the lead teacher in implementing curriculum and lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of all students. Support literacy education initiatives by helping students develop reading and writing skills. Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive classroom environment. Work with students with special needs, providing individualized support and encouragement. Participate in curriculum development and adapt materials to enhance student engagement.
