DCS is seeking candidates for the position of Teacher Aide for our Young Cubs (Pre-K4/Young 5’s) for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate is a Christian that will inspire students to learn the knowledge, skills and subject matter of assigned area contributing to their development as mature Christians, consistent with DCS philosophies, vision and mission statement. Qualities we are looking for include: Assist classroom lead teacher in the education of students Willing and able to receive direction from classroom lead teacher Passionate about Christian education, the students, and their relationship with Jesus Christ Positive and effective approach to teaching, as measured by student learning and outcomes Ability to integrate a biblical worldview into each subject Strong classroom management skills, delivered with love and grace. Compensation & Benefits:

Full-time employment salary is very competitive (may range from $20,000 – $30,000+ depending on experience and degree).
