Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans. Support individual and small group instruction to enhance students’ learning experiences. Foster a positive and safe classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development. Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a respectful and inclusive atmosphere. Monitor and document students’ progress and communicate observations to the lead teacher. Perform daily classroom duties including setting up materials, organizing learning areas, and maintaining a clean environment.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education required. Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and support a diverse group of children. Commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
