Olivier@soliant.com Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist to join our team in Douglasville, Georgia. Full-Time, On-Site Caseload:

Varies by assignment; elementary to high school students

Start Date:

Immediate and 2025 school year openings available

Contract:

W2, with weekly pay and benefits offered

Responsibilities:

Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who have developmental and behavioral needs Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision (if RBT certified) Support classroom teachers and special education staff in maintaining a productive learning environment Assist with data collection and progress monitoring

Qualifications:

Experience working in special education, ABA therapy, or a school setting preferred RBT certification is a plus, but not required Must be compassionate, patient, and a team player Must be able to pass background checks and meet school district requirements Perks of Working with
