• Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities for children.
• Support the lead teacher in creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
• Help with classroom management and behavior guidance to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
• Assist with lesson planning and preparation of materials.
• Provide individualized attention and support to students with special education needs.
• Foster the development of literacy, math, and other cognitive skills through age-appropriate activities.
• Supervise and engage children during playtime and outdoor activities.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized classroom.

• Previous experience working with preschool or toddler-aged children is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
