Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community. Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities. Skills Experience working with students in an educational setting is essential. Knowledge of childhood development principles is crucial for effectively supporting young learners.
