Responsibilities Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in a daycare setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development and learning. Support children in their social and emotional growth, fostering positive interactions among peers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns. Collaborate with fellow staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
