3 year old assistant Yellow Rocket Tech & Science Academy 7257 Turner Lake Rd NW, Covington, GA 30014 Must have experience in a daycare setting. People with CDA are encouraged to apply. 3 year old class

Duties:

• Implement lesson plans and follow the posted daily schedule
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning
• Use effective teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities Loving and patient Performs classroom cleanliness Use and teach proper hygiene to children in classroom Understand state diaper changing standards and washing children’s hands throughout the day Able to communicate and write effectively Is a team player that is flexible Is able to drive a minivan or van if needed Classroom cleanliness Must be able to implement a daily classroom schedule to include activities Must be reliable.

Must interact with children through talking playing and dancing Must be exceptionally clean and organized Will need to obtain your health and safety credentials if you do not already have them.

Requirements:

• CDA preferred but not mandatory
• Is able to adhere to a daily schedule that is centered around the children
• Is reliable and dependable.
• Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with diverse student populations
• Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education
• Have CPR Certificate or are willing to obtain it
• Have Health and Safety Certification or are willing to obtain this free training as soon as hired.
• Have a valid Georgia drivers license
• Must be able to pass a background check
