Convenient to Clarke, Walton & Barrow counties, OPA has two child care centers serving ages Infants

• 12 years old. We are hiring for both full time and part time positions. Full time hours vary based on position but are generally 8 hour work days. Part-time positions are Monday
• Friday and range from 1:00 or 2:00 pm until 6:30 pm. Substituting is based on your availability and is often more flexible but must have a minimum availability of 10

• Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to individual student needs.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote a positive learning atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and engaging educational experience.
• Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education to enhance teaching strategies.
