Job Overview:

Lemon Tree Academy Monroe is seeking a dedicated and passionate Ga Pre-K Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a nurturing approach to teaching young children.

Responsibilities:

• Educate and inspire young children in a safe and supportive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress
• Provide attentive care to students , ensuring their well-being and development
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere
• Utilize various teaching methods to enhance physical education and cognitive skills

Requirements:

• Minimum of a TCC in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Proven experience working in a preschool, daycare, or private school setting
• Strong understanding of child development principles and behavior management techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
