The Lead Teacher will work closely with students in preschool and toddler care settings, implementing engaging educational activities that promote physical education and overall child welfare. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Manage classroom activities to create an engaging and safe learning environment. Provide instruction in physical education, promoting health and wellness among students. Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide feedback to parents. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional growth. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or aides within the classroom setting. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and child welfare policies. Experience Proven experience in teaching, particularly in preschool or early childhood education settings. Strong background in classroom management techniques. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience in tutoring or providing individualized support to students as needed. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures within an educational framework is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
