Minimum of at least an Associates Degree (in any subject; or have completed two years of college coursework (60 semester hours); or have passed the GACE Paraprofessional Assessment and a High School Diploma or GED equivalent2. Previous experience preferred3. Ability to effectively work with teachers, parents and other community agencies4. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
