The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to early childhood education principles and the ability to engage children through creative lesson plans and activities. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes learning through play and exploration. Plan and execute daily lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of children. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their individual growth and development. Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress, activities, and any concerns. Teach physical education activities that promote health, fitness, and motor skills development. Observe and assess children’s development, documenting progress and adapting teaching strategies as needed. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students. Qualifications Strong understanding of childhood development principles and best practices in early education. Experience in classroom management. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable.
