We are looking to hire a Pre-k Assistant Teacher to join our Magnolia Preschool team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be a team player who has a loving, positive attitude, and a passion for working with children. Teachers are responsible for providing instructional and emotional support to children in the classroom, helping with teaching daily Frog Street lesson plans, keeping the school classroom schedule, and ensuring that the children in the classroom feel comfortable, loved, and safe.

Responsibilities:

Teach Frog Street daily lesson plans. Help children with their learning and care needs. Assist in the development of lesson plans and activities. Monitor children’s progress and work as a team with other teachers. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment. Experience as a lead teacher with 3-and/or 4-year-olds. Reliable, dependable, passionate about teaching children, present, and leads every day with a motivated, positive attitude. Qualifications Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents Proven classroom experience in early childhood education settings Teaching experience with preschool-aged children Ability to implement and adapt lesson plans to meet diverse learning needs Knowledge of classroom management techniques to foster a positive learning environment Commitment to promoting child development and well-being through nurturing interactions
