This role is focused on working with students who may have special education needs, so experience in that area is strongly preferred. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping students succeed, especially those who benefit from individualized instruction in a supportive, structured environment.

Location:

Marblehead, MA (in-person only)

Schedule:

Must be available after 2:00 PM , weekdays

Start Date:

Summer 2025 (specific dates will be discussed during interview) Responsibilities Provide 1:1 in-person tutoring in Pre-Algebra and related subjects. Develop and adjust lesson plans based on individual student needs and IEP goals (if applicable). Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment tailored to each student’s learning style. Monitor academic progress and communicate regularly with families and Einstein Tutoring staff. Maintain professionalism and punctuality in scheduling and communication. Qualifications Prior experience working with students receiving special education services (required or strongly preferred). Proficiency in Pre-Algebra and comfort supporting middle school-level math concepts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
