Job Description
Teachers – Lead, Substitute and Assistants New North Citizen’s Council,Inc. (NNCC) is looking to hire lead, substitute and assistwant teachersin our Child Care Family Services Program. These positions are full-timeworking in-person in the daycare at Springfield.
Position Summary:
Todevelop and implement a curriculum designed to meet the educational andsocial development of each child following Early Childhood Education(EEC) and NNCC classroom and curriculum guidelines.

Qualifications:
Early ChildhoodEducation (EEC) Lead Teacher Certified, Associate’s Degree or CDAcertificate. Must be 18 years of age. A current First Aid and CPR orwillingness to obtain is desirable (in three months). Incumbent shouldhave excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
Education and/or
Experience:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in EEC orrelated field or, Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. EEC LeadTeacher or Teacher Certified. Have four (4) courses in EEC or, have 18months of classroom experience, preferred. PAY –
Non-Exempt:
$16.00 -$18.00 per hour Full-time positions will include a generous benefitpackage.
