Position Overview We are looking for dedicated early childhood educators who are excited about growing in the field of Montessori education to assist classrooms at the Infant, Toddler, or Primary level. This is a wonderful opportunity for new graduates with an associates or bachelors in early childhood education or for those who have experience working in Montessori, Reggio or Waldorf schools. What You’ll Do Assist in a beautifully prepared Montessori classroom that inspires independence, focus, and a love of learning. Provide support to the lead teacher through guiding children towards meaningful activity and appropriate conduct and peer interactions. Observe, assess, and adapt to students’ needs to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Build strong, respectful relationships with children and their families. Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain a consistent, nurturing environment. Participate in school-wide celebrations and events. Maintain a calm, clean, organized, and enriching classroom in alignment with Montessori principles.
