Support students in their academic tasks, including literacy education and math activities, ensuring they understand the material. Facilitate classroom management by maintaining a positive and structured environment conducive to learning. Engage students in hands-on learning experiences, particularly using Montessori methods where applicable. Provide support during group activities and encourage social interactions among peers. Help with the organization of classroom materials and resources to enhance the learning experience. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents. Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment. Knowledge of literacy education strategies to assist students in reading and writing skills. Familiarity with Montessori principles to encourage independent learning among preschool-aged children. Background in early childhood education to understand developmental milestones and appropriate teaching methods.
