Arbor Associates is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals in the education field around Boston and neighboring towns to join our team as Teacher’s Assistants. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain or continue experience in early education, supporting a team of educators in creating a safe, joyful, and nurturing environment for young learners.
Schedule:
Monday
- Friday, 8:30 AM
- 5:30
PM Responsibilities:
Arrive prepared and punctual, ready to assist in classroom activities. Support the planning and implementation of lesson plans and individualized activities. Maintain records of daily child observations and communicate progress with parents. Collaborate with the Lead Teacher on daily classroom responsibilities.

We are looking for applicants who are excited about working with young children and who can help foster a joyful, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment.
Candidates should be ready to:
Work cooperatively with a teaching team, program staff, and parents. Demonstrate an understanding and sensitivity to the educational and social needs of children. Engage actively with children, ensuring their safety and supervision at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. CPR and First Aid certification. Completion of EEC strong start course Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. EEC certification is a plus but not required. Current immunizations and physical. A team-oriented approach with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
