Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom and/or 1:1 support to students with academic, behavioral, or physical needs Assist teachers in executing lesson plans and facilitating classroom activities Support students with daily routines, including transitions and personal care as needed Help foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Work closely with educators and support staff to address individual student needs
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or Paraprofessional certification preferred) Experience working with children or in an educational setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, patient, and able to work well as part of a team Must meet all local school district requirements (e.g., background check, TB screening)
