Position Title:
Full-time Special Education Paraprofessional(SOAR)
Location:
Quaboag Regional School DistrictReports to:
Principal/Director of Student Support ServicesQualifications:
Associates Degree or Pass Para-Pro ExamExperience working with students with significant behavioral challenges (preferred)Knowledge of effective instructional techniques and strategiesAppropriate oral & written communication skillsAbility to deal effectively with students, co-workers, parents
Responsibilities:
Provide adequate supervision of students at all timesProvide instructional support to studentsTake direction from administrators, teachers, and BCBAImplement behavior intervention plans and collect data with fidelityMaintain confidentiality of sensitive information and materialOther duties as assigned
Salary:
